Well, we are in Norfolk too. About 10 miles NW of Norwich.

An AP uprated Organic will be OK, but a Paddle will be better IMO. Unless you are about 8 stone, you should be able to handle it OK. There are people on here running Organics up to and beyond 250bhp, but they won't stand as much launching IMO.

Converting to the later Non-ratchet pedal and larger quadrant will make th pedal feel lighter, if you struggle.

As always, I highly recommend a refaced flywheel when fitting a new clutch, I can help with this too.

I have used an AP Paddle that is further uprated to the 'normal' one on the road with no problems and currently have an Alcon 6-Paddle, which again is fine. Give yourself a couple of days to get used to it and you will be fine.
