After reading a thread for which oil is best for a chipped RST, i was lead to believe 10w 50 was the way to go. Went to my FORD dealership today for an oil filter and asked if they had any 10w 50 in stock and he said why would you want to put that in, it's too thick. He recommended 10w 30 or 10w 40 ! What the fcuk should i put in the old girl then. She is running approx 180 bhp. Engine covered approx 10k on rebuild. cheeRS peeps
