The reason i took the underseal off my XR2i is becasue i wanted to see if any rust was lurking under there, the original underseal will clean up perfect with Spirits and a good scrubbing brush or tooth brush, but if there's rust under there, all the hard work has been for nothing. So if your gonna have it minted and know its perfect take the underseal off.
