Standard engine with rod bolts upgraded on a standard inlet will make 150bhp with the correct ehhaust and exhaust manifolding providing your managment can fuel it properly. make sure you have a good way of setting the valve clearances without shim stacks, ground to fit top hat shims will be best

There are big myths about these engines but they are very tuneable and light and compact. The standard head and valves will flow nearly 200bhp
