oil return is easy, you ust makea hole in the sump

(altho on CVHes there may already be a hole inthe block you can use!
as for turbo play, on any TT kit you buy, budget for a rebuild of the turbo, most of them have seen better days
i'd also advise going the RST route, it'll be cheaper, give more power, more tuning potential, and a lot lot safer. you can do thw ehole swap in a day, maybe 2 if you're lazy and not done it before.
