OK guys, building a 2.0 Zetec Turbo engine in a Series 2 RST shell - i've got a Pace Alloy radiator from a S2 and i'm not sure it's up to the job for cooling a 300bhp engine with a huge intercooler in front of it...
Was thinking - could i run pure coolant rather than diluted - would that make any change?
Also - could i simulate a pressure load on the coolant system (like we do on F1 cars) to allow the coolant to reach higher temps before boiling...
Opinions?
