Its also something I use at work 100's of times a day and I'm sure our COSHH assesment doesn't say it is toxic
It maybe classified as toxic but I doubt it poses any real danger to us otherwise they wouldn't let us use it !! The toxic risk phrase will say something along the lines of toxic if digested not toxic if you come into any contact. And if it does mean toxic by contact ....I'm fucked
We used to have a lorry driver who came into our place who raced in Fiesta challenge and even though it was naughty he used to get 200l drums of acetone and methanol from a solvent recovery firm for his race cars he claimed it made a massive difference to the cars but no the downside there was a lot more heat in the engine.
