The reason i ask is that i have seen some advertised which are top adjustable.

I recently drove a car on koni's and cobra springs. I set them to full soft, and the car rode quite nicely, aborbing pot holes well. On full hard, ride was more bouncy, but did feel a little more responsive. these are two extreme's i realise, but was just to give me an idea.

Tony - people generally associate better handling with stiffer suspension. Id this increased spring rate, or damping, or both?
