Proflex, Ohlins etc all have adjustable valving rallyesport. Mainly used for far more exotic requirements than an old Escort though.

Street dampers like Koni's, Spax etc have a degree of playability but not Bilstein. They come pre set Rick. This can be specified if requested, but usully not necessary. (And im talking non coilover too (for escorts))
