Oh well not to worry mate.
By the way took my car out today got caught in road works and the dreaded light came on after we were on the move. Stop to fill up with water, drive down to halfords to get a few bits & bobs and waters dripping out again after engines off. When I get back home I look under the bonnet and the header tanks rumbling like mad!
Closer inspection and I see the fan wire aint on the thermo housing! What an idiot I am lol! This should be moved to the muppet bit! Hopefully (touch wood) thats solved. It used to lose just a little bit after a long run with a pretty bad condition radiator. Its got a brand new one in now and a new thermostat. The old thermostat was a pig to get out! Whoever put it in before managed to get the metal clip under the rubber washer type thing for the thermostat! The rubber was all corroded too so I had to keep scraping it off with a screwdriver until It looked suitable.
I'll try and put a pic up in a min but its totally standard looking apart from clear indicators and a Kissfm sticker. lol
