Its not the first time we have had dealings with the idiot that wrote the letter.
The first incident was regarding our stairway wall (which i might add is a supporting wall) was on the brink of falling down, and we wrote a 'polite letter' WITH a builders report, and the idiot wrote back saying all it needed was plastering.
So no, i will not be writing polite letters, because they get ignored and its an open invitation for them to screw us over. Our council tax is £100 PM, what do we get for it?
