has the head been drilled mate to accept a std rst exhaust manifold? if so id say its oil leaking were the heads been drilled, on starting do a compression test if ok id look at the crank position sensor ive herd this a few times as being a prob, take the hose off the turbo and check for play up and down a little aint to bad, in and out play is, hope that helps
