Default Boost,Amal Valve,Actuator.....??? Can someone please explain

On a standard Cossie......

You set preload on actuaotr to half a hole.
Then run engine and increase upto standard boost pressure.

So where does the ecu then control the boost pressure?
If because after a problem the engine is producing more boost than t should it senses this and closes the amal so as to put full pressure to the actuator?

If so, then what happens when we put a stage 3 chip in?

Set up boost the same way?
Then i assume the chip has the new higher boost control programmed into it, so it knows not to cut in when it senses the new higher boost.

So does that mean on the Stage 3 conversion using the -31 is setup exactly as it would be for a nrmal actuator (half a hole) and then once roadtesting tweaked upto the normal running boost pressure?

And then...... what effect would using the standard Amal Valve jetting on the stage 3 conversion have???

Hope someone can answer all these points....
