Thanks peeps, some really helpful stuff and certainly gives me some amunition for tomorrow. I told them to keep the bloody thing until fixed, though their so-called chief mechanic has taken it home (15 bloody miles) for the evening.

The dealership has never impressed me, thus I deliver it to their doostep whenever I can.
