I'm always up for a bit of redneck bashing.

Just one point about the police though, hope someone can fill in the correct terms and gaps for me... but a few years ago at uni, we had a large bit of offroad parking in southampton, someone parked on it on match day [when it was still at the Dell] and we got the traffic warden to get the car moved, anyway, the guy comes back with his kid and starts going fooking mental at my missus of the time [I was out the back having ciggy], her mates run to get me and I'm not a small bloke and was a bit fitter then cos of the rugby and I've gone bowling out just as hes kicking the door shouting out P*ki this and that to my missus so I've grabbed hold of him and thrown him into his car [it wasn't open ] and just started laying into him when the police turned up.

Luckily, the traffic warden was watching from the edge of the road and told the police he hit me first and was shouting racial abuse etc.

They arrested him on the spot under some public disorder act [invented for racial abuse - anyone know the proper name?] they said there and then they wouldn't be doing him for assault otherwise they'd have had to haul me in as well...

ANYWAY, what I'm saying is that this law is in place for exactly this sort of thing and the policeman was wrong to tell that there's nothing he/she could do. My mates a copper in Bracknell, I'm seeing him tonight and will find out properly.

I would say make sure you don't do anything stupid like going round there yourself. PM me and I'll come and do it for you otherwise you'll be in more trouble than them.
