Hi just been given a 1.1 fiesta L-reg. There are two problems:

The rev counter only reads a maximum of 2000rpm and the temperature is constantly reading low.

Sometimes it floods if started from cold and then run for about 5mins.

Could these problems be related? Any help would be appricated!
