To see that kind of bhp, you are going to need throttle bodies. You could use motorbike throttle bodies like of a gsxr1000 to keep the cost down, but you will need to use a focus st170 inlet manifold and you will also need an aftermarket ecu. You could then add a performance manifold and decat. This should see around 170bhp. The next step would then be headwork and cams etc.

The main restriction with the zetec engine is the standard inlet, so to get any decent power you have to dump that.

Im going down the lines of a focus 2ltr inlet manifold (which flows better) and the 65mm larger central throttle body, then raceline cams and headwork. Not sure what power that will be producing but hopefully i wont lose as much torque as when you add throttle bodies.
