im building a track/rally/road fiesta using a 1.1 mk2 fiesta shell working on the body just now its getting new wings and doors (when i find somegood replacements) its so far got buckets, safety devices rear cage, leda suspension,poly bushes and a few other things. just dont know what engine to use cvh,zvh,zetec or rs turbo, i have a mate selling an escort rs engine loom box and exhaust for 400 quid but then need to buy tank and pump and play with the exhaust and wiring but do have a xr2 loom sitting and also the condition is unknown as we never seen it running(abandoned xr3i conversion) i have a rally next month so going to fit my old xr2 engine temporarily and go with the standard 1.1. brakes!but want somethin quicker i have a standard xr2 for the road want somethin to keep up with a friends 2l 16v nova show him how its done any ideas?
