This ain't such a bad idea - Theres a company just up the road from me called GRS Motorsport - they make intercoolers for the RS500 and all sorts of other cars you may have heard of them - the owner is a regular at the Somerset RS owners Club - to which i belong - might be worth a shout.

I know he isn't too keen on project stuff because of the businesses normal revenue being good but he may if there are a group of us.
