PS , the chassie number begins with WFO,
2, Was sold as a trimmed shell onlt , ( NO ENGINE / BOX / RUNNING GEAR WAS FITTED )
Only sold in white and the shell has no sealer anywhere on the shell .
chassie number starts with SAB ,
Theese also had a plate on the bonnet landing pannel ststing a FIN CODE and also states that the car is RHD ( right hand drive ) or lhd for ( left hand drive )
Theese where mainly Q plate cars as they left ford with no ID
The first option that left ford complete are good cars and exept the few minor electrical parts are the same as a normal spec car , ( most have had elecy windows etc fitted now anyway buy present owners ) Theese where sealed by ford and where available in all colours .
I owened a motorsport escoss and it was a smashing car and after i fitted the elecy bits and the rear windows it was as good as a lux ( just no sunroof )
I hope this helps
cheers Paul
no: 2 is incorrect , the shells left ford with no chassis no. the sab no. is a dvla number given by them when the vehicle does not have its own vin, the rest is right
