I'm sorry if I sound discouraging, but it really seems like you don't really know what you are doing. I'm seeing a huge risk here of you killing your engine completely. The std. 1.6 CVH can be turboed directly but one really needs to sort the fuelling, ignition curve, spark plugs, etc. before one can use even half a bar of boost safely.
