are there any quick checks i can do to tell me whether the engine is all running ok

if i bought an oil pressure gauge does it come with the bits to connect to my engine??

all help much appreiciated
Before replacing all that, i suggest flushing your engine oil with some anti-slugd (like stp or similar)... on my engine it solved a lot of problems including your's...

as for the oil pressure gauge normally it doesnt come with the bits to connect to your engine but where you buy that they'll sell the complete kit... and its a very good investment!!!

good luck
