alcon or ap plate on a standard cover for 380bhp which in reality is all you will get from a t34...

I had a standard clutch for 330 all be it a lighter car.

I ran a standard cover and an alcon plate for 2500 miles @ 450+ didn't last long...

AP plates Look better material than the alcon.

Flywheels very rarely need regrinding, if its knackerd buy a new one.
