Good questions, and ones that others have asked by PM so I'd better clarify / explain things for everyone to see.
To fit this plenum you need to:
1) Buy some M6x25mm (approx) bolts in stainless steel
2) Buy some Flange sealant, as this plenum doesn't use a standard gasket. I'd recommend something like Blacktite or similar product from Loktite etc
3) Drill out the threaded M6 holes in your original inlet plenum to approx 6.5mm - 7mm (Large enough to push your new bolts through basically)
4) Put new plenum with flange sealant onto your inlet manifold and bolt through from the inlet manifold INTO the threaded M6 holes we have cut into the inlet plenum.
Stand back and put your shades on, admiring your 500+ bhp blingy bit!

If we ever sell these properly then we will include the correct size bolts, the flange sealant and fitting instructions.

This first one on ebay is literally just what you see in the photos on the ad.
