Some poor sod thinks he's paid money into his account but instead it's mistakenly gone into yours and you are keeping quiet about it. What would you think if it was the other way round, I bet you'd be screaming from the rooftops. When the person realises his account hasn't been credited, the bank will be on to you anyway.
