there are 2 relays
one if the timer
the other is the engine running one
not too sure about the fuse but i think it's more likely to be a 30 than a 20

i've got a loom at home i'll see if i can dig out when i get back to give you some proper answers

and the reason it's split driver/passenger is that even thoguh they have the same current going through them, because the drivers side is less, there is more going through and it heats up quicker

does that make sense?
