As the story goes my mother bought a 53 plate Focus ST170, we bought it from an independent dealer but they are more than useless to fixing the niggly problems we have.

Does the Focus come with a 3 Year waranty that ou can use as most dealers? The car has just done 10k miles but just not happy with a few things with the car like moisture in the headlamps and refusal to start some mornings as well as being down on power as prooved on the rollers.
