says for all those models WITHOUT rear wiper/washer

well I would have thought the rear one was seperate and I also thought all Focus' would have rear wipers, altho I guess I may be overlooking the saloon

so would a different part be needed for a 1996 Escort WITH a rear washer/wiper?
