Now had all my emails and expecting to receive items this morning
Only problem with this situation is is when i went upstairs and checked the numbers on my card they were a MILE out from what id entered
Am waiting till today to make sure I receive my bits (which i should as had an email saying the goods have been dispatched) but when I do who should I complain to the shop or my bank, OR will the bank cancell payment at a latter date cos the shop accepted incorrectly, not trying to get a freebie or anything but this surely SHOULDNT happen, makes a mockery of the "proof of POSSESION" 3 digit code

It was the 3-digit code that caught out the people trying to defraud our Credit Card. We had a call from our CC company asking if some transactions had been made by us, there were a fair few of them, ranging from booking £200 train tickets, to big restaurant bills in Bristol and lots of smaller transactions. These were brought to light because incorrect 3-digit numbers were given. Our account was credited without question by the CC company and the poor Merchant Retailer left out of pocket, as is always the case.
