its probably gonna be cut off anyway, so I'd just have to pierce or pop the f***er, get all that puss n sh*t outer there for two reasons;
One it'll probably feel a whole lot better afterwards (less tender)
And two, I simply couldn't resist the urge to squeese it!
You could proabaly squirt that 18-20 inches!
