This is a Swedish style inlet plenum designed to fit all Cosworth models and replace the restrictive OE inlet plenum and elbow design which can limit the power your YB produces.

It's made out of mirror polished stainless steel - meaning it's stronger than similar aluminium versions, and it will hold it's finish much easier - it just needs wiping over with a chamois every now and then - unlike aluminium items which stain so easily.

The steel is 1.5mm thick on the rolled edge, and 5mm thick on the end plates. The backing plate has predrilled bolt holes to line up with the OE inlet manifold, and is 6mm thick.

It also has on the bottom edge (not visible once fitted, for a tidier appearance) holes pretapped to match the OE outlets on the original plenum- such as Charge air temp, breather and vacuum hoses etc. Just swap over all the original fittings on to this item and you're sorted.

The front end plate is predrilled and cut to suit the 4 x 4 Throttle body (which is the minimum you'll need for big bhp conversions)

IT IS ALSO SUPPLIED WITH A MATCHING POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL THROTTLE CABLE BRACKET TO SUIT A 4 X 4 THROTTLE BODY. I WILL ADD PICTURES OF THIS PART IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. IT IS BETTER THAN THE BLACK BRACKET ON THE RED CAR IN THE CURRENT PICS!!!! PICS TO FOLLOW....
