i presume thats your one rep max your refering too?

as martin said your calories intake may well be too low, but your protein content, general nutrition and training may not be correct

As to your question regarding anabolic steriods, i think you'd be daft to have them. Although the apprent public view that this is a 'sure fire way' of gaining strength, research is very conflicting, with many suggesting gains in strength via steriods are purely down to psychological factors. Anyhow, there are the many medical implicaitons and known side effects to this supplementation and also the cost of it. In my opinion, why not train safely, honestly and instead optimize and improving other areas such as your general nutrition (i.e. a mass protein product) and training, without running the risk of dangers
