If you are sure they did it, take it back and insist they sort it out I hate it when your car comes back with marks or other shit that was not there before.

Try soaking cotton wool in leather renovator and seal it over the area with plastic bag. Leave for 24 hours it should soften everthing enough to remove safely. Has worked for me in the past, just depends exactly what it is that stuck to seat.
