I should be getting my Saph back later today.

The engine has had a top end rebuild. new valves, grpA headset, new cambelt, tensioner etc.

My question is this, whats the best way to run the engine in? take it up the motorway for a long drive and put 500 miles on it each way?

or round town driving?

I have heard its better to run it at different speeds etc rather than at one constant speed on a motorway.

anyone shed any light please?
