sounds to me like your not eating enough mate. Up your calorie intake and get some good quality supplements inside you. Change your routine round a bit as well. I think you mean the tablets that you buy over the internet, like NORATEEN or something like 1-AD. They are all shite and dont work. Steroids are not the answer unless you have been training for years. side effects for some people are horrendous as well. trust me.
