i had an idea the other day.

going to need to buy my girlfriend a car soon.
shes after a corsa but i had a better idea.

get her a escort convertible. let her have it over the summer and enjoy it a bit. im getting a mortage later in the year (around september time) so i thought take a grand of the mortage, build a zetec turbo over the winter and fit it. and get her a new car.

then i get the escort for the summer.

is it a fairly simple conversion putting a 2ltr turbo zetec in the mk5?

what will i have to do with the wiring and managment?


also what do you think of getting a cosworth kit fitted on the convertible?
