how are the headlamps configured on a 4x4 sapphire cossie?

ie on an rst there are 2 bulbs, 501 and H4,

sidelights is 501 and very low power H4
dipped is H4 on first filament
main is H4 on 1st and second filament?

does the saff run dim/dip circuit like the escort for sidelights??
