Had this problem with mine before I fitted the breather system, now its fine. Also changed to 10-60 oil as reccomended by eddie at woodford, seems like the thinner oil is good for the engines when they are new but they are old now and need the different mixture.

Put a breather filter on(place it as high above the rocker cover in the engine bay as possible) and clean the boost hoses from the turbo to intercooler then drive the car for a few days and check the hose again for oil, if they are lined with oil your might be looking at turbo seals(if yor filter is really soak in oil then try get a new one or wash it if you have a cone filter as you will be fighting a loosing battle other wise) if not get a breather system and speak to woodford garage about oil for the car and you will get some valueble advice.
