Help i need to get fit!
Right people this is the score i am 5'9" and 15.5 stone but with a fair bit of muscle under the fat!
I need to loose about 2 stone and need to get fit! i am currently going gym 3 times a week with Andy01 and i am totally baffled when people talk about diets ie no carbs, times a day to eat etc...
What do i need to do to loose the weight? as in how should i eat and what i shouldnt? and how many times a day should i eat?
