I feel a very strong vibration at the gear handler when engine reaches 4000rpm and get even higher with reving.

This happens also with car stoped in neutral.

don't know where to check. Already did the turbo damper, and changed gearbox oil.

The vibration is so strong that at 5500 is very hard to shift
