You are basing all your temperature readings on the notoriously inaccurate coolant temperature gauge..
How can i test what the engine is running at ?
All i know is this is my second big turbo Escos the temp gauge all ways sat a quarter of the way up on driving and the fans would cut in about half way in traffic
and the same on my old one
Then all of a sudden one day the temp gauge was sitting on the half way i thought this dont seem right
And then the next time i took it out on motor way at night the weather was well cold i was doing about 80mph and the temp gauge was just over half way and thats why i started changing these bits to see if it would cure it
