There isn't a fuse in the fuel pump relay, only in the KE over voltage protection relay, which has been checked already by Stu at MSD.

I am not sure what you mean by left and right fuse to be honest. The S1 KE fuse is the fuel pump fuse which is all on it's own between 2 main rows of fuses.

There is a red wire from the KE over voltage relay (next to the fuel pump relay). That goes to pin 1 on the KE module and needs to be continuous and have 12v on it with the ignition on.
