My dads got a mk2 1.8 8valve gti and needs a new clutch- how easy/hard is it to do?

Looks like theres loads of room to move about! Done mine 3 times in my rs so got to be easier job on his yeah?

Also what are the standard clutches like on them? Recommend an upgrade?
