I don't really inderstand how a wire can be the first from the left, and between two other wires...
Looking at the original of this blurry picture:

B/R is signal ground (#4) and B/Y is PIP (#1). #3 is B/Y or G/Y can't really tell, anyhow it's the SAW and definately should be connected. You're stuck with a static advance of 10 degrees without it. It should spark fine though. Also in between is #2, which is IDM, the diagnosis line to the ecu and is removed from my install.
