I can't answer that, but thinking about it logically why would it get air in it?
It's a closed system so only 2 possible answers.
1. You have a leak, which in itself quite worrying.
2. You aren't getting all the air out.
Are you bleeding them in any particular order? Is there an issue with the pipework that is causing an airlock? Do you open all the Valves before bleeding? Do you bleed with the pump off?
Remember this is a DIY'ers opinion!!
