Mine....

Breakfast: A bowl of Special K/Museli
1030 ish: Low fat yogurt or a piece of fruit
Lunch: Either grilled chicken/tuna or chicken sandwich on brown and an apple or banana
1700: A banana (if I'm going to the gym)
Dinner: Grilled chicken with lots of mixed veg
