what ive been doin m8 is smoothies!!
I never eat fruit, but I find havin 3/4pin of smoothie before i leave of a morning boosts my metabolism 10 fold and am STARVING by about 9:30am if I have one about 7.
When I had nothing, I could EASILY go till 1pm (from 6:30am) with nothing.
says it all really ...
