they facinate the life out of me, when you think each one is 3.2m around the base, each blade weighs over a 1ton and is 22m in length and the generator sat on top of the pole weighs 17 tonnes. Thats a pretty impressive structure in my view. In fact i want one!! What is really a shame is that they are not a british product and they stand on 20tonnes of concrete. Amazingly each one takes 2 days to erect
