Our energy needs are going UP not down, and yet we seem to think that these methods of power are going to cut the mustard? Kids doing GCSE Geography are taught that renewable energy like Wind power will only create a fraction of that needed by the likes of the UK, so why bother at all?

Not a fan of nuclear power, it may be cleaner in many respects to burning gas or oil but you're still left with a great big dirty load of radioactive waste that you have to find a home for. I personally like wind farms, think they look really good on a landscape and if you complimented it with another form of renewable energy I'm sure it'd give us all enough energy to live on
