Get your self a ford loom > ISO adaptor. Overpriced for what they are but saves you cutting about a nice tidy factory loom.

What the previous owner did in mine was cut the actual ISO adaptor so that the speaker wires run directly to the speakers in the car. And then just disconnecting the ford speaker wire and tucking it way for later reconnection if needed.
